There are four non-human opponents that we deal with every day, and which are a primary reason to study tai chi chuan and qigong. They are 1) Stress, 2) Illness and Disease, 3) Aging Poorly, and 4) Low Self-Esteem. In this program we examine the fourth, low self-esteem, and ways that tai chi practice improves this crucially important aspect of mental and physical health. The postures called "Snake Creeps Down" and "Step Up to Form Seven Stars of the Dipper" are covered. Also, we're practicing outdoors!
