UW Health Integrative Medicine Mindfulness instructor Kristi Rietz demonstrates a practical Tai Chi exercise called, "Horse Stance." This exercise is intended to help support your well being by encouraging you to become aware of your body and how it feels. When you experience stressful situations, hopefully you will be able to draw on your awareness to feel how stress is affecting you so you can can relax and breathe deep.
