Tai Chi is all about structure, and working to improve your structure - or posture - is a key aspect of training. However, we seldom talk about the feet in much detail, even though feet can be problematic for so many people, instead we shove them into shoes and tend to forget about them.

This video attempts to address some common issues, and hopefully it will present a new perspective on how to take care of these much neglected body parts through the practice of Tai Chi.
