Spleen & Triple Warmer Meridians

Well, that pretty much covers all of us doesn't it. If that sounds like you, you need to work on balancing your Spleen and Triple Warmer meridians. Spleen (metabolism and immune system), Triple Warmer (governs the stress responses, ie fight/flight/freeze) amongst other things. Triple Warmer for most of us is on all the time and it shouldn't be. It sits opposite Spleen on the meridian clock so will firstly take energy from Spleen meridian and will stop it doing its job.
