In this week's #Qigong practice we will focus on Earth energy and its relationship to the spleen/stomach organs.

The stomach extracts all the nutrients from the food and drink we consume. Both organs are vital parts of our digestive system. The practice of qigong can help improve the function of your digestive system.

Just by simply performing deep abdominal breathing, the movements of the abdomen help to massage the digestive organs and bring more oxygenated blood and energy to them.

When you add gentle Qigong movements, you start to improve your circulation, including blood and lymphatic fluids throughout the body.
