Golden Ball Elixir Qigong, 1) Disperse and Exhale, 2) Gather and Inhale, 3) Raise and Exhale, 4) Expand and Inhale, 5) Compress and Exhale, 6) Drink (or inhale) the Elixir and Inhale, 7) Push Out and Exhale, and 8) Lower and Inhale. Perform several cycles.
Breathing may be modified as desired by possibly combining two or three steps with a single inhale or exhale; be natural, comfortable, and relaxed.
