Qi Gong for the Spleen

The spleen rules transformation and transportation. This is a Qi Gong practice to tone the spleen so that any stagnation or "dampness" in the body/mind/spirit can be moved, cycled, and transformed. This is a great practice if you need to move, feel sluggish, and desire to feel refreshed and energized afterward. These exercises can be learned and practiced for longer periods of time if they resonate with you. Feel free to take what works for you, and leave what doesn't, as different exercises affect different constitutions.
