Hatha Yoga to Stimulate & Boost Immune and Lymphatic Systems | Detox & Purify | All Levels

This practice is dedicated to boost our immunity by calming the nervous system with pranayama and stimulating the lymphatic system which is responsible for helping move excess waste product throughout the body, it helps reduce inflammation and any bloating and flushes out all of the toxins within the body.
Lymph nodes are located throughout the body but the largest groupings are found in the neck, armpits, and groin areas.

In this practice we will stimulate circulation with the body and mind helping to release tension and stagnant energy.

This class is welcome to all levels. There are no chatturangas, planks or downward dogs in this sequence so if you have sensitive wrists or shoulders, this practice is for you.

Stay healthy and grounded by keeping the body moving, breathing deeply and connecting with your energy to keep your vibration elevated.

Practice at your own pace, take breaks when you need to and really listen to your body first and foremost.
