Simple tutorial for brewing tea at home in GongFu ceremonial style.

Video is showing only rinsing and first infusion but you can keep infusing same tea leaves as long as they will give you satisfying taste - good quality tea should give at least few infusions. Some last for even more than 10 :)

Most important thing in brewing GongFu is the water to leaf ratio. In GongFu style brewing you need to use more leaves for smaller amount of water. This way you can do multiple short infusions while getting the most out of your tea leaves :)

Fancy utensils are not necessary to start brewing GongFu. Everything can be replaced. If you don't have a set with smelling cup - smell the aroma from the lid. If you don't have a tea tray (chapan) you can place the pot inside deep plate. If you don't have wooden tweezers you can use your hands etc. :)
