This is a short promo for the forthcoming instructional dvd from Andy Wright. It shows the 12 moves of fangsong gong, a qigong set from the hun yuan system of tai chi that Andy discovered on his trips to Australia. It was filmed at the Springhead Trust, in Fontmell Magna during 2012.
