This is by way of a taster of the new DVD out now. This is move 5 of the 12 set. It is demonstrated by Andy Wright who was born with cerebral palsy but nevertheless teaches daily and additionally has a 6th Dan in karate! Filmed in the Springhead Trust gardens of Fontmell Magna during March 2012.
