In this video, I am demonstrating two different ways of setting up Snake Creeps Down / Squatting Single Whip.

Using the first method, I set up Snake Creeps Down by simply pivoting on my back heel and angling my back foot outward.

Using the second method, I take three small "pivot steps" with my back foot, widening my stance, before I shift all my weight onto my back leg and descend into a squatting position.
