Hi everyone, we've been entering a very tense and anxious time with the spread of Covid-19/Coronavirus worldwide. Mitigating stress right now is critical not just for your emotional and mental well being but also for your immune system.

Due to the impact of this virus, we have been live streaming our weekly classes at The Tao Space to our local students. In the spirit of the time, we are now releasing select footage of these meditation classes as a service to the wider community. Stay tuned for more free Taoist meditation sessions in the near future.
