Tai chi and chi gong are best practiced in the outdoors, 90% of the time. They are internal martial arts and develop strength within rather than just external bulk or brute force. But can also be used to create better health in you too and not just to defend yourself. This beautiful alcove in the UK is in the middle of nowhere, literally. There are many beautiful places in the world but this really was like heaven. Wales has so much to offer in the way of tai ji, I am delighted to have taught here once again. And this is where I was asked to teach a group of devotees in Wales some of the lovely longevity art movements and one to one sessions.
