Baguazhang Circle Walking Practice - The foundation of this martial art. It combines stance training with qigong, strength and conditioning the legs, and strength and conditioning the torso and upper body and arms, while in constant motion. It also trains footwork. The upper body static postures are from my teacher's Baguazhang, these next postures are: 6) Ox; 7) Lion; 8) Bear. The stepping method is Tang Ni Bu (muddy step) and turning steps are Ko Bu and Bai Bu (toe-in step and toe-out step aka hook step and swing step) --- http://www.jiangschool.com/jiang.htm --- http://www.jiangschool.com/jiangstyle.htm

Baguazhang is a great martial art, but takes time (years) and dedication to learn it correctly and master it, and know how to use it.
