The second video of reverse abdominal breathing is focused more on the practice of this type of breathing. It is very important that you learn gradually and in phases.

This type of breathing (at least in the way we practice and teach it) requires a lot of patience and time. The time and practice are necessary to first develop your inner feeling for the movements of different muscles and areas, then their coordination… In video I say that you need at least 6 months to grasp the first, most basic phase of reverse breathing, of course considering that your normal abdominal breathing is already on a pretty good level (smooth, relaxed, deep) and it has become your natural pattern of breathing.

As always in Qigong (Nei Gong, Taijiquan…) you have to practice, refine, improve things all your life.
