Hi everyone, this is a quick Qigong sequence that you can do to relieve stress and relax using your mind and breath. Easy Qigong breathing for stress and anxiety.
Simply focusing on the sound of your breath and sensations in the body, we are able to shift from thinking into feeling and instantly feel more present and centered.
Use it in the morning to set a calm intention for the day or midday in the office to reduce stress or after a long day to unwind and get a good, restful sleep.
